Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Dhanoji Kumbi Samaj Vikas Mahasangh is grateful for your donation and support. Donations are typically non-refundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
1.2 Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@dhanojekunbimahasangh.in and must include the date of donation, amount, and the name of the donor.
2.1 Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
2.2 Refund requests for membership fees must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment.
2.3 Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by the management.
3.1 Event registration fees may be refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.
3.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
3.3 In case of event cancellation by the organization, full refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
4.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
4.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request.
5.2 Cancellation of membership does not entitle the member to a refund of any fees already paid, except as outlined in section 2.
