This policy explains the rules related to membership and groom & bride registration services provided through our website. We do not accept donations or event registration fees.

2. Membership Fee Policy

2.1 All membership fees paid to Dhanoje Kunbi Samaj Vikas Mahasangh are strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Once the membership payment is successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of the membership fee will be permitted under any circumstances.

3. Groom & Bride Registration Fee Policy

3.1 Fees paid for Groom Registration or Bride Registration are strictly non-refundable.

3.2 After successful submission and payment of the groom or bride registration form, no refund or cancellation of the registration fee will be allowed.

3.3 The registration fee is charged for profile creation, verification, and administrative processing.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Members or users may request cancellation of their membership or groom/bride registration by submitting a written request.

4.2 Cancellation does not entitle the member or user to any refund of fees already paid.
